Do not purchase
Looked okay until it was washed. Even with a cold wash and line drying, it shrunk considerably and now literally looks and wears like an empty sack of potatoes. Not flattering at all as it was already shapeless.

It’s soft and doesn’t wrinkle too much. The color is rich and not as sallow as I was expecting. It zips in the back, is comfortable, and the material gives, so it’s not too tight.Dress it up or down. Great value.

Pattern not quite the same
I’ve noticed that people write about the dress arriving in a packing tube so I included a photo. It was neatly rolled and placed in the twist-style lidded tube. I imagine it protects the dress from the elements during shipping and delivery but it was the first time for me to see this sort of packaging before.I have purchased 5 versions of this dress. I now have the Y-long print dark blue (large blue flowers), the solid blue, the Y-long print blue (smaller harvest gold-orange flowers), the long-brown, and the long-dark green. The dress is neatly stitched. The cut and sizing seem to differ across the dresses that I’ve received as has the feel of the fabric. The print fabrics tend to be more coarse in nature and less accurate between the photo shown on Amazon and what I have received. I selected a larger sizing to allow for shrinkage during washing and any alterations that I might find necessary for a more custom fit.The Y-long print blue dress is teal blue and has flowers in a harvest gold-brownish color range. There are also fuschia-colored circles in the pattern. Overall, the colors are within the autumn color range. I like that as hot humid days will still prevail until late October in the climate that I live in and things too summery look out of season. The fabric is a bit rough and scratching feeling, sort of like burlap. It reminds me of 1930s feed sacks! Together with the simple styling and pattern, the dress has a very vintage feel to it.I decided to knock one star off of the because of the enormous oversizing that looks completely unflattering. I needed to alter the dress to create more shape and definition. Then, as I was writing this review, I noticed that the Amazon photo shows a larger-scale printed fabric. So, I knocked another star off for that as customers want to be able to feel that what they see in the online photo matches what they will receive. Be aware of the larger armholes, wider sizing, and print at a different scale, if you decide to order this one. Then, you might feel that you have a 5-star item. It is nicely made and will serve as a nice housedress.The dark green is a super dark, almost taupe, shade of green.The brown is a nice soft shade of light tannish brown which looks very nice.I recently ordered the same pattern of dress, in the same size, from a different seller which uses the exact same photographs in their advertisement on Amazon. The dresses were most likely made in the same factory. Laid side by side, this dress was 3 full inches wider. The armholes-shoulder was also higher and larger. So, the dress is not tight in the armhole section but the opening is so large that my bra is visible. I will be mindful of undergarments with this one because of that! The floral design is also different from the Amazon picture. I will never wear that dress out of the house! It will be reserved for the worst household chores that damage clothing as it is just too ugly. The online photo looks really attractive so I was really shocked to see the mismatch. I would guess the other similar prints in different colors might be equally awful.I had the best luck ordering solid colors. The dress styling is very simple so it lends itself nicely to accessories to dress up or down as you please.Overall the dress is well made and comfortable which is why I have risked ordering 5 versions of it. It covers the ups and downs of weight gain or loss well, too. I have found that it washes well, breathes, and doesn’t wrinkle excessively. I can leave the house in the morning and still look OK by the time I return home hours later. It was my most successful find for summery dresses this past summer. I will continue to look at what this company has to offer.

Nice dress but order upsize…
I love the pattern, print and the fabric. I ordered according to the size chart, a 1X. However, it seems like many of these charts are not that good. I guess I will get my next dress a size 2x.

I line dry this dress inside out to prevent potential shrinkage and ironing. by drying it inside out I can smooth the seams and pockets and it looks reasonably nice for not being ironed

Best dress
So cozy with pockets! I ordered 10 in different colors! I am a big lady. 5’9″ & 230. Its a delightful dress. Breathes well,launders nicely (i air dry mostly and they are still super soft!). The colors and the cut are very feminine. The dresses can be dressed up or down.It is a simple, lovely dress. Worth it!
