It’s a sweet little dress that’s perfect for the summer, The fabric feels a little cheap ad the cut is a bit ‘off” but for the sale price… not a bad choice at all,the weather here gets to triple digits in the summer and what better way to stay cool than this easy dress.

Perfect dress for the money
Update: I saw they made this dress in solid black (no pattern), so I snapped it up. Sadly, the dress is totally different in the solid color. Specifically, The fabric feels different and the size M in black is much smaller than the M in the patterned version. As a result, The black version shows every lump and bump. Stick with the patterns and it is a great dress (per my earlier review). Black is going back. Super bummedInitial review:This cute shift dress is perfect for bopping around town on a warm day or for use as a beach cover up. The cut is flattering and it is a nice, short (but not too short) length. Best of all,The pockets do not add bulk at the hips.The material is very thin and inexpensive, but the price of the dress reflects this. I gave it five stars because I paid under $15.00. If I had paid more, I would have deducted stars because it is not worth more. This is not a dress for a formal or semi-formal event. Believe me, anyone who knows fabric can tell this fabric is inexpensive. But if you want to look cute on a warm day without spending a bundle, this is your dress.Washed once in cold and it held up. I would not use warm or hot with this fabric. I also bought the dress in a darker black with white splotches. In person, the splotches look a bit like bird poop, but good enough for the price. That one seemed to fade a bit after one wash in cold.Would love this in a solid navy or army green.

Runs small… large fits like a medium on me.
I love these little mini dresses, because I have thin hips and these fit me nicely… however, they run small. I usually get large, and that’s what I ordered in these, but they are snug on me… especially in this red one. I feel like the large fit more like a medium. All the others have some stretch but this red one doesn’t so it is tighter than the others. For reference I am 5 ft 5 inches and 155 lbs.
